Evonik De- Bottlenecking Project

 

There was a bottle neck in the process plant producing peroxide. The solution was to increase the size of the two peroxide pressure. The scope of work included:

  • Detailed design of the 2 peroxide pressure vessels
  • Procure duplex plate and domed ends and fabricate pressure vessles, prior to the shut.
  • Procure and pre-spool all piping and install as much as possible aheasd of the shut
  • Fabricate skids for pumps and specialist plant and installahead of the shut.
  • Fabricate all structure to fit within existing structure to support the new vessles and flooring
  • During the shut replace old vesselswith new.
  • Install new heat exchangers
  • Connect all pipe work
  • In the oxidiser tower install new trays nozzels and supports.
  • New manways to the tower.
