Condenser supply, manufacture and installation. Comprised of 8 modules - Side A and B tube modules, A and B inlet/outlet water boxes, A and B return water boxes, steam inlet trunk and water outlet sump.
The total weight empty is 200,000 kg plus, and it incorporates over 11,000 tubes. PFS worked 24 hours a day to meet the original delivery and was ahead of schedule.
Features:

- Manufactured to AS1210 - class 2A tube-side and class 3 shell-side.
- Tubes - 11884# - 316L - diameter 25.4 OD x 0.6mm wall thickness.
- Tubes expanded in tube plate, ends cut back and faced, welded with orbital tig welders.
- Tube plate - 4# - 316L stainless steel bonded to carbon steel backing plate.
- Sag plates - 44# out of 16 and 25mm plates.
- PFS worked 24 hours a day to meet the original delivery of 20 December 2005.
- PFS worked with Downers to skate the condenser into position. Fit on spring supports and weld two modules together.
- Welding onto steam turbine.
- Flood test and shop and site NDT were all very successful.
