Challenges:
- GEA managed who projected on a 3D model, PFS spooled to model dimension.
- Condensate and steam pipe riser to top of dryer. Prespool piping fixed to rack and lifted into place.
- Complex plant required piping to be carefully coordinated around tanks, vessels and other process plants.
- Tight programme to spool and install piping to meet steam blow target date.
- Very High-pressure piping over and above steam piping.
