Laminex were relocating their Auckland facility into a new line at their Auckland borad plant.

KEY FEATURES:

Over 1km of Stainless Steel tube to provide resin from the resin tanks to the press.

CHALLENGES

Measure up existing plant in Auckland for all pipe connections , so could connect new piping to plant when relocated

Install all piping to pipe rack inside the building while good access is available before plant is relocated

Fabricate SS Resin vessels and install in bunded area to meet HAZOP requirements

optimise the slavage relocation and reinstallation of specialist plant pumps valves and mixers.
